Volunteer

Be part of what makes this work.

Volunteering with Ahadi is active participation in building something meaningful, whether you bring your story, your skills, or your voice. Three pathways below; find where you fit.

Ways to get involved

For young people
Youth Ambassador programme
Represent Ahadi in your community, through storytelling, events, and peer engagement. Ambassadors help other young people know that support exists and how to reach it.
What you get: Training, a community of peers across Tanzania, and real experience in advocacy and communication.
For professionals
Skills-based volunteering
Contribute specific expertise, communications, tech, research, training, and more. Current needs change; tell us what you bring and we will find the fit.
What you get: Meaningful pro-bono work with visible impact, alongside a team that will actually use what you build.
For young advisors
Youth Advisory Board
The YAB is a group of young people who shape what Ahadi builds and how it speaks, reviewing services, testing tools, and advising leadership. Open to young Tanzanians aged 15–25.
What you get: A real seat at the table: your perspective shapes core decisions, not just feedback forms.
